The Psycannatrist is a telehealth psychiatry practice based in Silver Spring, MD, led by Dr. Ellyn Johnson. We offer virtual visits for Maryland patients via our secure, HIPAA-compliant online video platform.

The Psycannatrist is open Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with evening appointments available.

We have a limited number of sliding scale appointments, should cost be a limiting factor. Please discuss this with Dr. Johnson during your consultation.

The Psycannatrist is not currently in-network for insurance, but we do provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company. We expect to begin taking insurance in Summer 2025, please sign up for the mailing list below to be notified when we do.
